My Story

My Story

Most of the time LIFE is not what we think, or dream, it will be. We know that. LIFE challenges us unexpectedly, at our most vulnerable moments, without a warning. We all felt it at some point, and will again. That is LIFE. It forces us to adapt to new situations and be flexible with our plans, over and over again. But everything happens for a reason.

What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, right?

I have been through a rollercoaster of highs and lows all my LIFE. Constantly looking for happiness, my place on this planet, and a purpose. Leaving my hometown in Poland when I was nineteen was not my initial plan. I never thought I will say, that I have lived in four different countries by my mid-thirties and preparing for yet another move. I travel around whenever I have enough money, time and a chance to do so.

But the dark side of choosing this path is haunting. I missed birthdays, first steps, laughs and tears. I have lost family members, without being able to arrive on time for the funeral, to say goodbye, because I was just too far. The choices we make have an impact on us and the loved ones around us. Also this year I was blessed with spine surgery, which, again, made me rethink my thinking.

Life is unbelievably unpredictable, but we can overcome anything!

Every day of our lives, we are on the verge of making those slight changes that would make all the difference.

I went through most of the romantic relationship struggles.

Including cheating, toxic love, mental and physical abuse, marrying, divorcing, being single, or in a relationship lonely as ever. At a point, a few years ago, I ended up living in a hostel, in a foreign country crying myself to sleep. Just wanted to finally wake up from this nightmare, in which, I was the main character, absolutely unwillingly.
I am happy now. I have a few amazing friends that mean LIFE to me. They saved me.
I was a very lost human being, and it took years, for me to let me live again. Live the LIFE I love. Now. Not tomorrow. Not yesterday.

All experiences teach us very important lessons and skills.

I definitely learned how to turn negative into positive and what drives, motivates, brings us down or how to be fulfilled in LIFE. Do we have a recipe for what to do to become successful or how to perform well in private and professional LIFE?

I was always very curious about people. It motivated me to complete a degree in People Management and few certifications in Coaching. I have learned, how to listen, not hear, be supportive and fight for a better, happier life at home and work. Also how to achieve goals and not give up, if we believe in something. To thrive, we need to learn, how to be productive, efficient, self-motivated, and possess a good amount of self-esteem in our bag.

The most powerful, smallest and largest thing in the universe is the mind.

Becoming a women’s leadership coach was a natural next step for me.

Working in the corporate world since 2007 allowed me to pass through positions of agents, seniors, leading to managerial level roles in small businesses and international corporations. I know the “ins and outs” of employee performance challenges as well as gaps in skill sets at all managerial levels.

I absolutely love deep diving into leadership topics and how to be an effective, respected and fulfilled leader. Apart from having an academic background, I have practical experience in finding the root causes and solutions to the challenges. Experiences teach skills. Skilled people perform better, are part of more productive teams, care more, and have a direct positive impact on the success of the business! It is my mission to understand, support, guide and coach women in leadership positions.
